Feel Spring!

This Week’s Challenge: Feel Spring!

I don’t know about you, but it feels like Spring has taken a really long time to arrive. I love what Spring symbolizes: new beginnings and fresh starts. If you have found yourself in a holding pattern, in a funk, or just unable to move forward, look outside. Everything is blooming, the birds have returned, and it is staying light longer. This gives us hope. If you are tired of the way things have been, now is the time to make the change. If you fell off the exercise wagon like me, it’s time to start again. If you have been afraid to take that next step, nature is telling us, it’s the season to grow. Don’t feel defeated. No matter how long and awful the winter has been (both literally and figuratively), Spring always comes, and we can always start again.
